Clemson-GT
FSU-Miami

I don't think the ACC and/or the schools will give up their annual game so easily. If VT and UVA were in opposite divisions and a protected cross-division game, then would you be willing to give it up as an annual conference game so the ACC could have 2 rotating cross-division games? Honestly, VT might have an easier time swapping divisions with Syracuse than getting the other 10 schools to agree to 2 rotating cross-division games.
